Good Hostel, which you can literally entry from the Beach.
The Room I was in was quite small, but good enough. There was a extra Room where you were able to organize your luggage.
The staff was friendly and welcoming and helped with Everything.
Even though there was a Great View from the Roof top bar, there were no gatherings in the Evening. Luckily there was a packed Hostel to socialize in 20 seconds away from the Beach House.
Food was also pretty decent, Like a normal Restaurant and also you get a 10% discount when you Are Staying there.

Great hotel right in front of the beach. We had a private room and our experience was great. Room was clean and all amenities that were needed are available. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is located on a street with many shops and good restaurants. In front of the hotel there is also a tour operator where you can book your island hopping tours etc. 25metres away from the hotel there is an ATM machine to withdraw cash. We really enjoyed our stay here and for us it had everything we needed: great location- good food- walking distance to everything-…

A couple of days ago a room-mate found a shell of a bedbug. After telling the staff how serious bedbugs are, as they didn't seem to care, they said they would do a deep clean of the room the same the day.
Didn't seem like that happened, instead they used air refreshing spray and cleaned the floor with a broome.
Today I unfortunately found a bedbug crawling in my bed. The staff again didn't take it serious, it took me ages to explain what it means. But still they were shaking out the linen in the room, sitting in the bed. After several attempts in asking if they would be able to wash my clothes they agreed and said they can do it tomorrow. But I didn't want to take the rest and didn't have anymore clean clothes so I had to pay for the laundry service myself and didn't get a refund. I told them several times they need to professionally clean the room but they said they can't until all of the people have checked out. And then a couple of hours later they had new people checking in into that room!
They ended up spraying bugspray, cleaned the ground and took out the pillow.
Since their staff members usually sit and chill in guest beds during bed change over times, it most likely spread around already. They definitely still didn't seem to realise how serious it is cause they were laughing quite a lot and making jokes.
Apart from this I've found it quite interesting to see that they take their time to change over beds and sing, whistle and talk loudly even when someone is sleeping in the room. One room mate was sleeping and they opened the curtain. Quite weird in a female only room as well as it was warm and she was sleeping in underwear. Also they constantly moved our personal items which were on beds even though there's no reason to do so as they don't make the beds.
Staff uses customer toilets and they don't close the toilet doors, also often there wasn't toilet paper.
The location is central and good. But it's not a social hostel, as it didn't seem to be a common area due to a roof top restaurant and a Cafe in the ground level. Its fine if you're not after socialising.
In ten years of travelling around the world this is been the most disappointing accommodation which was surprising as the reviews didn't seem to be that bad.

I stayed here for 2 nights over New Year’s. I booked it last minute since there weren’t many options left, but it turned out to be the worst room experience I’ve ever had while traveling.
We stayed in a private room across from the kitchen, and it was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere—one even crawled into our luggage while we were out.
We didn’t notice the issue until the middle of the night on our first night, as we had been out all day. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff member simply apologized.
We were absolutely disgusted but had no choice but to stay, as we couldn’t find another hotel at the last minute.
Additionally, there was a crack in the ceiling of the lower bunk bed. We didn’t feel safe going on the top bunk, fearing it might collapse.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
