In addition to being competent and helpful with everything you needed in the boat, especially when setting up the equipment, the crew of this diving center is also kind, humorous, considerate, and professionals. This shop's instructors and dive masters are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They always put your safety first, which gives me a sense of security and comfort. These highly qualified professional divers always give their guests a briefing before they get into the water, explaining how to utilize the equipment for novice divers, what to expect at the dive site, what to see, and most importantly the geography of the dive sites. In El Nido Palawan, SUBMARINER DIVING CENTER is a highly recommended diving center/shop. Excellent service.
Submariner Diving Center was an absolute dive center, Well trained and friendly staffs. Instructor and Divemaster were amazing and funny at the same time the whole trip was full of fun because of them. I had my first Discovery Scuba Dive together with Instructor Abel he is very helpful and very patient during my entire dive. We saw some incredible fishes, turtles and reefs!! I cannot wait to do my Open Water soon❤️ and Cannot recommend highly enough.
I did a 1 day refresher course and my partner did a 2 day open water course. We each had 1 instructor per 2 divers. I felt very safe and confident with Peter even if it was five years since my last dive. My partner dove with Ace and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very attentive and helpful, the diving was great, all in all an excellent experience. Would recommend!
Great refresher course with Submariner! I'm thinking of attending an Advanced Open Water training course, however, i haven't dive for a dozen of years so I was advised to take a refresher course first. Gerald was assigned as my dive master, who took care of me so well from the refreshing course, and has lot of patience and took good care of me while I was in the water coz my equalization was quite slow. To add more fun in the training, he tried to guide me to lots of different fishes and found me a turtle 😆. Gerald made sure I was comfortable with everything and tried to make me enjoy so much even at the safety stop. He also got us some really cool underwater photos and videos! The diveshop managers also made sure everything went smoothly from guiding us through the activities requirement and paperwork to make sure everything intact. I will surely consider joining the AOW course after I took a rest first.
Highly recommend Submariner! We were relatively new to diving having only a few dives after getting Open Water certification elsewhere. Fredie, our divemaster was amazing, he made sure we were comfortable with everything and his chill attitude also helped us to enjoy our time underwater. He also got us some really cool underwater photos and videos! The diveshop manager Yanis was super nice as well, he made sure everything went smoothly from guiding us through paperwork to make sure everything went well post-dive. If we come back to El Nido, we will definitely come dive with Submariner again :)
