We loved our time in El Nido, in part due to the fantastic central location of S Resort and the phenomenal service. Our concierge Carl (King Carl) was kind, always smiling and so helpful. His dedication to good service made our trip very special, and his knowledge of El Nido made things so easy. This place is such an easy place to recommend - we send a big thank you to all the staff. We will be back!

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff (Carl and Reyna) stood out as particularly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that I would recommend to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at S Resort El Nido, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located, offering convenient access to all the local attractions and transportation hubs. From the moment I arrived, Carl at the front desk provided outstanding service. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Carl's local knowledge and helpful recommendations greatly enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the best of what the area has to offer. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing directions, or simply offering a warm smile, Carl made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend S Resort El Nido to anyone visiting the area. I will say the other reviews are pretty much spot on. The service and attitude of the staff is outstanding and from the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. i would also like to make a shout out to Carl who in particular went out of his way to make my stay a pleasant one. the rooms are clean and the room service is good. i would skip the buffet breakfast and go across the street to the sister hotel for breakfast where for you can get a real breakfast. like one of the other reviews i ended up with the pancakes and an omelette with weak coffee for breakfast at the “buffet. a subsequent breakfast across the street was an excellent stack of blueberry pancakes. i did have an issue with water pressure in the shower which required hopping in and out as it cycled between hot and cold. one big advantage of this hotel is the location which puts it near the central part of el nido with very easy access to the beach and places to eat or explore. i would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in El Nido as it is safe, clean and has an excellent staff. water pressure and the buffet were minor bumps that can be fixed with the reviews.

We had a three night stay and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It is centrally located in town and makes accessing the streets easy. The prices of their tours, scooter hiring were comparable to the prices in town. It’s only a pity they didn’t have a pool or bar, but the streets, tours and beaches (including the very closeby El Nido beach) made up for it.
