DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! DANGEROUS BIKES AND ATTEMPTED SCAMMERS.
As soon as I got the bike I noticed how old it was and it felt dodgy to drive, it had also done 157,000 miles.
Whilst driving it, the back tire popped (fully popped, not a puncture) and we did well not to crash. As we were near the town I stopped at a garage and they pointed out how worn down the tires were and said this is why it will have popped. They quoted me 200php to fix it, but I took it back to the rental shop instead.
They then held my ID hostage saying I had to pay 500php to get it back. I refused and ended up getting it back (paying 200php). It’s a disgrace that they would try to profit on the fact that their bike was so old and poorly maintained that the tire would pop in a way that could’ve caused a bad accident.
Disgusting business, I spoke to the owner on the phone who had no sympathy and wanted us to pay over double the price of a fix for something that wasn’t our fault and could’ve ended badly.
Terrible place, do not go.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could.
I admit that I did damage to rental bike, but they were telling me to pay for the damage that I didn't do. I showed them the evidence of video which showed there was already on the bike, but they used my passport as hostage and kept saying "you don't pay? I call police and you don't go home."
In the end, I ended up paying $100 and the damage I did cost around $5. I have checked the price of spare parts.

DO NOT RENT YOUR BIKE HERE IF POSSIBLE
We agreed to rent a scooter for 1.5 days. When we came back they said we only rented for 1 day and expected us to pay 400 pesos. Eventually they folded but was still a bad experience

Scooter was okay but their fuel policy is not customer friendly. I asked them during the pick up if I have to return it with a full tank. The guy said yes and when we left I recognized that the tank is empty. So we filled it up and returned it with a close to full tank. They didn’t want to refund it initially and only after a while they refunded 100 P which is way less than what we paid at the gas station.
