The hotel itself was beautifully designed, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, showed that they really care about their guests. What truly sets this hotel apart, is the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and always available to assist with any request. Kudos to Elize. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience with outstanding service.
What a beautiful surprise your hotel was! The room was incredibly appointed with every detail. The bathrooms are beautiful, the kitchen was perfect and you really thought of everything. Both John and Elize were so kind and went far above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I unfortunately became ill and they brought me food and took such amazing care of me. I got better quickly and was able to go island hopping and had a fantastic time. Thank you so much!
We had a fantastic experience here. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Minimalistic yet stylish. Aesthetically one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. What truly elevates this hotel are the team. They are the heart, that makes this place so special. They are responsive and always willing to help no matter how big or small the requests are. I’m not even just talking about the front office team but everybody from security to house keeping. They are incredible! A big thank you to John who welcomed us when we arrived. He was very kind and genuine. In terms of food, the restaurants are literally a 2 min walk away from the hotel and all the food was delicious. They had lots of great options including Mexican, Spanish, Filipino, vegetarian and more! Thank you to the team here for the great stay and to the local people of El Nido!
I had an incredible experience during my stay at Piece Lio. The entire resort is amazing, and the rooms provide great amenities! Above all, the staff were just perfect. Dan and Rina were really helpful and welcoming, and we had a great time with Jonathan who drove us around and was just great to speak to! The security guards were also awesome. Piece and Lio (the resort pets) were extremely cuddly and were the cherry on top that made our stay a 10/10. I highly recommend this resort to everyone coming to El Nido and I’ll definitely be back!!
All the staff members are so nice and friendly and attentive. Especially Dan who helped assist us with our every need. I wish we could say our goodbye to him before we left. The rooms are spacious and wonderful and made of thick concrete providing a brutalist look surrounded by lush greens. We could enjoy playing loud music from the provided record player without disturbing our neighbors. The place is perfectly situated just 2 mins away from the beach and all the restaurants. All in all it is the perfect accommodation for anyone looking to experience a relaxing spot near Lio. I wish we could have the opportunity to extend our appreciation for each staff member during our stay.
