We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the assistance provided by the manager of the hotel. We sincerely apologize for not remembering his name exactly, but his help with the cancellation of our Philippine Airlines flight late at night was invaluable.
Furthermore, we highly recommend this resort for its tranquility, excellent food, outstanding staff, and breathtaking views. The area for drinks was also fantastic, making our stay truly unforgettable.
Thank you so much!

This place is really cool. It has everything you need in a boutique hotel and more! I don’t like big hotels but rather a place like this with charm and character. They even have a virtual tour on their website that really shows you everything before you book. Bravo to them for being open and transparent. The food and cocktails are amazing by the way ! Recommend!

Visited during low season, so they renovated some cottages, but the workers were very polite, and only work daytime, so no one was disturbed. Great staff, both cleaning, front desk, and restaurant/bar staff was polite, and very nice.
Somewhat pricey, but great wine selection, and nice food.
We had a lovely stay here. ❤️

A magnificent spot along the beach. The name of "Panorama Beach" is very suitable for its location along the beach. Monumental, impressive and genuine canopy roof, built with local materials. For me, this kind of design is making half of the living time for have a breath of El Nido and Phillipines. Best Sunset spot, as can be seen in my capture.

I am rewriting a review that was previously deleted. In May 2023, I visited this place. Although I was not staying at the resort, I did use the bar. While at the beach in front of the bar, my wife was attacked by a box jellyfish. I ran into the water to carry her out, and in the process, both my wife's friend and I were also stung. My wife's condition was very serious.
A foreign guest, who happened to be a doctor, administered first aid using vinegar. Despite my repeated requests for an ambulance or a vehicle, none of the staff provided any assistance or took any proactive measures to help transport my wife to a medical facility. I had to carry her alone and run to the main road.
Even though several people were in the water when the box jellyfish attack occurred, none of the resort staff warned them to get out of the water or alerted them to the danger. Other guests continued swimming and surfing as if nothing had happened. The staff seemed intent on keeping the incident quiet and did not provide any warnings.
I managed to take a tricycle to the health center for emergency treatment, but received no help from the resort. There appeared to be no basic emergency response protocol, and it seemed the staff were trained to remain silent about such incidents. It was a nightmare, and I was extremely disappointed with their response.
My wife underwent over 40 laser treatments to remove the scars, but the trauma we experienced will last a lifetime.
**The truth is, all the staff just watched from a distance and took no action.**
