During our stay at Lime, we booked a bay-view room on the third floor for two nights. While the room was spacious and well-appointed, we encountered a significant issue with a persistent moldy sewage smell. Despite the staff's efforts to address the problem by using diffusers (which were replaced twice), the odor remained unbearable and ultimately affected our ability to sleep. After lodging multiple complaints, we were relocated to a room on the sixth floor, which was comfortable and free of any unpleasant smells. We appreciated the staff's responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue, as they were consistently polite and helpful throughout our stay.
However, we also experienced frequent electricity outages—approximately five times over two days, each lasting a few minutes. This was an inconvenience, though it did not significantly disrupt our stay. On a positive note, the hotel boasts a beautiful pool area, though it could benefit from additional maintenance and more sun loungers, as availability was limited.
The breakfast is very poor.
It’s worth noting that the sunsets from the property are truly stunning, and the overall ambiance is commendable. While we regret having to highlight these issues, we hope this feedback can contribute to improvements for future guests. With some attention to these areas, Lime has the potential to offer an exceptional experience.

Lime Resort El Nido – A Must-Stay in El Nido!
Lime Resort El Nido is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a mix of comfort, stunning views, and great service. From the moment you arrive, the welcoming staff and well-maintained property make a great first impression.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering modern amenities and breathtaking views of the ocean or surrounding limestone cliffs. The beds are comfortable, and the overall ambiance makes it a great place to relax after a long day of island hopping.
One of the highlights of the resort is the infinity pool with a stunning view of the bay, especially during sunset. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink. The breakfast spread is good, with a variety of options to start your day right.
The location is convenient, close enough to town but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, Lime Resort El Nido offers the perfect balance.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Nido—this place is a must-stay!

The staff was amazing! They heard about our bad experience with a previous reservation in El Nido, and they upgraded us to an amazing room with the perfect view to end our vacation. Helped us arranging any kind of experience with one day to go instead of three, we could have not asked for a better staff.
Furthermore, the view from the hotel is nothing short from being the most breathtaking out of all the other luxury resorts I have stayed at.
Really congratulations

Lime Hotel in El Nido, Palawan, truly exceeded our expectations during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make our experience unforgettable. Their attentiveness and prompt service made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our visit. The hotel’s vibrant and modern design perfectly complements the stunning natural beauty of El Nido, offering both comfort and style in one of the most breathtaking locations in the Philippines.
One of the highlights of our stay was how the staff went above and beyond to make my parents’ anniversary special. I initially requested a room upgrade, but even though it wasn’t possible at the time, the team didn’t let that stop them. They surprised my parents with a beautifully arranged room, complete with thoughtful decorations that made the occasion feel truly special. This personal touch showcased the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction and created a memorable experience for our family.
The hotel amenities were equally impressive, offering a relaxing pool area with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great mix of local and international flavors, making dining in the hotel just as enjoyable as discovering the town’s local eateries.
Overall, Lime Hotel El Nido is a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience comfort, excellent service, and genuine hospitality in paradise. The staff’s dedication to making every guest feel special sets this hotel apart, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palawan.
They have also have additional cake delivered in our room just as I was making this review. Customer experience superb!

Without a doubt the worse customer service we've ever experienced in the hotel industry. Hotel may appear to look spectacular, yet it's "Lipstick on a Pig".
My wife and I have been traveling for years and those that have read my reviews know I'm fair, honest and try to give a good opinion as it may help others traveling.
The child female working the front desk during check in needs to be removed from the property along with her smerk on her face. She was no help for the numerous issues we had during our stay. Everything from rooms not available after 3pm check in too, no towels, the sewer stench that woke us up in the middle of the night as the room smelled like a sewer.
When ask to change rooms at 6am the next morning, they or she never found us a room as said and it was 430pm when we finally got another room, thanks to the Male who took over the check-in desk.
The breakfast buffet is all Filipino food ironic considering 95% of all El Nido touring are from US, Canada, Europe, And South America.. Tables always dirty and the whole building needs to be cleaned inside.
Internet on and off, Power on and off and failed to get our food order correct
Hell they never did make one order we paid for..
Straight up,, they made our trip here miserable. Will never stay here again nor tell other to do so..
