Overall a good stay :) The rooms are clean and nice, working TV and AC in one room. We liked that they have a spa with massage and pedicure. Even though they massage was okay (no difference was felt between Swedish and shiatsu massage) and the pedicure not that good, but at least they offered it :) they asked for a time for the massage but at the end they changed the times. Sometimes the staff seemed to be uncoordinated and for example the coffee was different every time we ordered one. Unfortunately in one of our rooms we had a not working AC. Also it was quite old and noisy, I don’t know why they not change it to a new one like in the other room. I In the evening one guy tried to fix it but he couldn’t. Then they said they gonna fix it the next day. When we came back in the evening and I asked for the AC the girl at the reception didn’t know about the case and said she doesn’t know if it works until she called the housekeeping. The they told her it works. To always ask over and over again is a bit annoying. Also the first day I asked for hand towels and got towels at the end of the second day after I asked the 3rd time. Overall the staff was always nice and friendly and caring. They always offered us water when we sat down at the pool. The pool was small but quite comfortable and not too warm. The environment was really relaxing and beautiful.

I spent a lovely rainy day at this resort. The food was delicious, the massage and sauna incredible and the service was great. Sammy especially was awesome and went out of the way to make me feel welcome. Ara also gave a lovely yoga class! Next time I'll come to El Nido I'll definitely stay here. Such nice vibes!

My boy Dada was an amazing masseuse. After a few days of adventuring I needed a solid massage and stretch. I got the signature massage which combines swedish, shiatsu, and traditional hilot. Dada was able to blend deep pressure strokes with soothing topical strokes and when he incorporated the stretching aspect I felt amazing after. It is hard to find a masseuse who can actually pop my back/neck but Dada had it all and I felt like new afterwards

Dada gave me the most amazing massage of my life—truly a rebirth. He is an incredible professional! I loved it so much that I immediately booked another session for the next day. On top of that, the facility is incredibly relaxing, and the staff is both professional and wonderful. And then there’s Ara, a fantastic yoga teacher who guided and supported me through the ice bath experience. An exceptional team in a place that radiates energy and peace. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at this hotel. We had the sea view room with the terrace and it was spectacular. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and Jade and the team went out of their way to do a lovely surprise set up (with cake!) at short notice. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The resort has everything you need - beautiful rooms, a restaurant with delicious food (we tried a lot of different dishes during our stay and loved them all) and spa services. Highly recommend! Note, there is some road noise as is to be expected in most places in El Nido but it was fine with earplugs The staff mentioned they’re working on soundproofing the rooms which are road-facing, which will be a great improvement.
