We stayed at the hotel in El Nido, and as a couple working in the hospitality industry, we can say that after staying in some of the most luxurious and expensive hotels in Thailand, this was by far the best service experience we've ever had. From the security guard at the entrance who gave us a sense of safety, to the reception staff and the room service team – everyone was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail, even things we didn’t think about. The hotel's vegan restaurant is outstanding – it's the best food in El Nido and Palawan! While we specifically remember the names Val and Deni, every single staff member was amazing and provided exceptional service! The hotel's location is unbeatable, with shuttle services, beach recommendations, and motorbike rentals directly from the hotel. A perfect experience! Thank you for everything, you're amazing!
Thanks to H Hotel for the reception these days. The H hotel is in an excellent location near the port. Not only does it have many restaurants to choose from, it is also very close to the meeting points for tours, so you can sleep late. The room is quite clean and comfortable. If you choose a sea view room, you can see the beautiful view every morning. The super friendly reception staff can solve your travel problems (including airport transfers, assistance with booking tours, etc.), and the breakfast provided by the hotel is also very delicious. You definitely can’t miss this hotel when you come to El Nido! !
My family just finished our stay at the H Hotel and we have nothing but nice things to say! The hotel itself is very beautiful and in a center location of town. We aren’t vegan but the vegan breakfast was so delicious! The staff and service was the highlight of the hotel—they went above and beyond for everything that we could have needed or thought to ask for! They were quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had. Sky and Val were especially great during our stay. I highly recommend everyone to stay at H Hotel if you are looking for a relaxing and amazing place to stay on your trip to El Nido!
I've stayed at thousands of hotels in my life, and I've never had service as good as this hotel provided. They went way over the top to ensure I had a great stay. Totally out of their control, the local utility company shut off power for 8 hours. They offered a hotel day room next door, and island cruise, or an inland cruise free of charge. After 3 additional hours of still not having power, they offered a refund of the rest of my stay and booked me at their partner hotel again free of charge. I would never expect such great service anywhere else. While the whole staff was great, I interacted with Charlie the most. Absolutely outstanding service. I am so bummed I didn't get to complete my stay here, but I do plan to come back and will make sure I stay here.
Brought my newly wed British friends from London here during their extended honeymoon from Thailand, and we were not disappointed. H Hotel gave us the most thoughtful surprises (it also happened to be my birthday) in both our rooms! Balloons, flowers, wine, cake, decor and a song! 🫶 And my friends' favorite restaurant in all of Southeast Asia (the wife is vegan) is found at the ground floor of this hotel. The price is reasonable for the quality of service, food, the views, and location – all 5 stars! To the team, sorry this is a late review but it left such a huge mark on us that I took the time to write this review and say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.
