A wonderful hotel. Location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and bars, never more than a 5 minute walk from anything. The staff member Sky who checked us in was so nice and greets us by name every time we see him. Also the hotel has a very cute cat who greets us too. The breakfast is vegan, although we aren't vegan we tried it l, the food and coffee quality are outstanding. There is a non vegan option at a partner hotel across the road which we tried but we preferred the vegan food to be honest it's very good and probably more healthy. There is a free transfer to the airport which we didn't even know about before Rooftop bar is very nice too This place is absolutely 10/10

H Hotel El Nido is the best place to stay in El Nido! Highlights include a stunning rooftop with unbeatable views, an outstanding vegan/vegetarian breakfast, and modern, stylish decor. The welcoming staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Small but clean rooms - was very surprised to find a Dyson hairdryer four guest use! It's located in a central part of town 2-3 minute walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We had also booked our Private Island Hopping tour with the front desk. Highly recommend for a chic and relaxing El Nido experience.

We had a fantastic experience at H hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were greeted with smiles. The reception team was very kind and professional (big thanks to Sky who arranged our trips and transfers). The room was clean and nicely arranged, the rooftop bar has amazing views, with very good cocktails, and plenty of options for snacking or for a proper dinner. We were a bit skeptic about the vegan restaurant, which also provides the breakfast, since neither of us is vegan/vegetarian. To our surprise, all options we tried were very nice, tasty, and presented masterfully. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

This was literally the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The level service at H Hotel was top notch, thank you to the front staff for taking care of us and our toddler. We also looked very forward to the hotel breakfast every morning - every single thing on the menu was insanely delicious. I never thought I’d say that about a vegan restaurant but it truly was amazing! We hope to be able to return one day to the Philippines and stay at the H Hotel again. - Super walkable - One block from the beach (our room had a partial beach view) - Rooftop bar was pricey but best views of the water in El Nido - Rooms were super modern, cleaned every day and drinking water was provided any time on request - Hotel will help arrange for shuttles, tuk tuks, laundry

This hotel was definitely the best one in El Nido. Pros: - The view of the sea is incredible and I would recommend paying the extra money to stay in one of those rooms. It’s worth every additional penny. - The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and no request was too big. They use WhatsApp to communicate with you which means you can contact reception at any time, inside or outside of the hotel. - You can book private boat tours with the hotel for an extremely reasonable price and it runs like clockwork. - We aren’t vegan but the food in their vegan restaurant was absolutely delicious and so was the coffee (they also have oat milk!). - It’s in a fantastic area with lots of local amenities, highly rated restaurants and it’s a stones throw from the beach and boats. - The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were so comfy. Con: - We were staying on the third floor which meant the sky bar was directly above our room and it’s open to the general public until 12am. The music is extremely loud! The hotel does provide you with earplugs but it didn’t completely drown out the noise and so we didn’t have the best sleep until after the music stopped. This is why I’ve docked a star from the rating. Additional point - This is personal to individual preference and shouldn’t affect the hotel rating but they don’t offer bottled water and although I have huge respect for their environmentally friendly reasons, we weren’t comfortable drinking the filtered water they offered and so we had to go out and buy large bottles from shops around the hotel. I think it would be better to offer some bottled water on site, even if you limited this to 2 bottles per room per day.
