If I could give it zero stars I would. Went here after not sleeping and throwing up all night from both ends. Arrived asked for the toilet and they sent me to pretty much a hole in the ground and when I asked what I can clean myself with they told me to use water and my hand . I asked for soap at least and they didn't have any in the medical centre. I ended up having a parasite and clearly I wasn't surprised from el nido if the medical centres don't have soap the kitchens here clearly don't either. Disgusting.
