5-Star Review for Biryani Kitchen • El Nido We had a fantastic evening at Biryani Kitchen! Initially, we were seated upstairs, but when a large group of backpackers arrived and it got quite noisy, the staff kindly offered us a table downstairs as soon as one became available – great service! We ordered: • Chicken Korma • Prawns Curry • 1x the Special Veggie • 1x the Special Non-Veggie • Cheese Naan Everything was incredibly delicious, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian cuisine. The curries, in particular, were bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced. The restaurant was very busy, and when we arrived around 8 PM, many new guests had to be turned away because there were no more available tables – a clear sign of how popular and excellent this restaurant is! A must-visit in El Nido – we will definitely be back!

I’m pretty picky when it comes to food. I’ve tried many curry dishes in the Philippines where the staff or advertisements claim they’re 'authentic,' but after those experiences, I developed a dislike for anything with even the slightest hint of curry flavor. However, Biryani Kitchen completely exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough about how delicious everything was. We ordered a variety of dishes, and there was so much food that we had to take the leftovers with us, which we ended up eating the next day. It was so good that we couldn’t get enough of it. I honestly hope they open a branch in Cebu because I’ll definitely be a regular! The biryani was perfectly seasoned, aromatic, and just the right balance of flavors. The rice was fragrant and blended perfectly with the spices, nothing overpowering, just a warm and rich taste with every bite. We also tried their curries, which were creamy and packed with flavor, and the meat was tender and cooked to perfection. The staff were also fantastic. She was very patient and accommodating while we took our time deciding what to order. She was friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of without being intrusive. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy authentic, flavorful Indian food in the area.

- I ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala, which was delicious and rich with chicken pieces. - I also ordered raita yogurt, but it was full of onions, which I personally don't like, though others might enjoy it! - The cheese naan was extremely tasty and fresh. - The staff were friendly, and the service was fast. However, I noticed that the decor in the ground floor restaurant differs from what is shown in the pictures.

We only tried Biryani Kitchen because they showed us their halal certification. With only a few halal options in El Nido we preferred to have dinner here given their certification. The food itself was ok... Flavorful and ample quantity for affordable price. The biggest downside was that it did give me upset stomach the next day otherwise the rating would've been better.

We loved the food here, best Indian we’ve had. Great flavour, not oily at all, and decent serving sizes. Would definitely recommend.
