Very nice establishment on Lio beach, 100 meters away. The staff are very welcoming, incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and perfectly equipped (modern air conditioning, internet, mini-bar, TV, small terrace, etc.). The hotel is very quiet and diving trips can be accessed via the hotel boat. I can only recommend Hotel Adlao, to which we will most probably return.

Balai Adlao is a posh 3-star hotel located at Lio Beach, offering an affordable stay in the Lio Tourism State.
The property is conveniently close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and a drug store. We appreciated the proximity to the beach, which provided stunning views and easy access. The location also offers great sunset views and is near the airport, making it possible to watchand enjoy air traffic. The hotel provides free transportation to and from the airport, just a 5-minute drive away.
The rooms are simple and come with different bed configurations. While the air conditioning is adequate, it may struggle to keep the rooms cool on particularly hot days. The washrooms are also basic, providing essential amenities. If your room is situated at the back of the hotel, you might experience construction noise and unattractive balcony views due to ongoing construction work. The wood-lined flooring tends to accumulate dirt, possibly from sand from the beach. The water pressure is strong, but be careful when adjusting the water temperature during showers to avoid burns. Additionally, noise from nearby parties can be disruptive, and the rooms lack soundproofing. The hotel, being only two stories, lacks an elevator, making it less suitable for guests with mobility issues or families with young children due to steep staircases.
The property does not have a pool but offers a variety of free activities such as morning snorkeling, sunset cruises, and a dip in an inflatable sea pool. The guide and coordinator do an excellent job of arranging these activities and is friendly and accommodating.
Although Lio Beach offers an excellent beach experience, it can be expensive. Traveling to El Nido town proper requires a 20-minute trike ride that costs at least 300 pesos.
The staff at Balai Adlao are friendly and polite, though constrained by hotel policies. The front desk and housekeeping respond quickly to requests and provide warm smiles and greetings whenever you pass them. The on-site restaurant, Molave, is underrated and has potential. Breakfast is simple but presented elegantly. The hotel's standout feature is its attentive staff who take great care of every guest.
Overall, Balai Adlao is a great option for those looking to fully enjoy the Lio Beach experience.

The Balai Adlao is a decent 3 star hotel at Lio Beach. The hotel is located in an area with several other hotels, coffee shops and restaurants.
It also comes with its own restaurant (Molave), which we did not explore except for their breakfast. During breakfast they offer a variety of Filipino food as well as some fruits and an egg station. There is only instant coffee.
Although the hotel looks nice from the outside, it’s golden times are in the past. This is best visible in the rooms with partially cracking walls and water leaks to name a few. However the accomodation price is fair and the hotel is clean!
The service in the hotel is very helpful. They offer a morning snorkeling trip starting at 9 am and a sunset cruise at 5 pm.

Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast. Not so clean bath towel.
Rooms doesn't have table for laptop (for those who have to work online), maube they can provide if u request, which i didn't. Beachfront! Lio beach not so crowded. Clear water fine sand. Highly Recommended.
Balai adlao provides sunset cruise and morning snorkeling with kayak to all their guests.

Great staff!! Amazing location on Lio Beach. The room was really small and noisy. We could hear the noise from the beach bar, the shouting of guests on the sitting area on the second floor. The room was just above the reception so it was busy. The AC is placed infront of the bed so, not really nice. We got sick after…
