Excellent resort! Lovely individual huts with brilliant customer service. It's a 5min drive out of town center but perfect to be away from it all. Breakfast served was great. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much. Would highly recommend

One of the highlight of this hotel is the breakfast and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. They organized everything from the airport transport and some tours which we really enjoyed. I highly recommended this hotel if you want to be in a quiete place which you could hear the sounds of the birds every morning when waking up.

Shockingly bad customer service, fraudulent behavior
By accident we booked 2 nights instead of 1, we told the property literally 10 minutes later and they refused to refund. The next day we spoke to the manager and initially she blatantly lied about not being able to refund due to booking.com, later on she changed her tune telling us it is policy not to refund in high season. We pointed out they were able to put the room back online within 10 minutes and still refused. To cooperate we told them we would accept 50% refund that would become 100% if they managed to rent the room out. Eventually they did manage to rent the room and still didn’t refund blaming us for our mistake. Shameful behavior.

My stay at Anitsa Villas Resort was nothing short of magical. The serene environment, combined with the luxurious amenities and exceptional service, made for an unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking to unwind and relax or explore and adventure El Nido, this resort has something for everyone. I highly recommend Anitsa Villas for your next vacation!

Overall had a very enjoyable five night stay at Anitsa despite the rainy weather. Positives - friendly staff (especially helpful when I sprained my ankle), comfortable rooms, very generous and interesting breakfasts. Considerations - WiFi is skitty at best, it is pretty far from the centre both a blessing and a curse as it cost me a lot for trikes. Overall recommended stay.
