I recently booked a room at this hotel but had a frustrating experience from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning was not functioning, making it uncomfortable and unsuitable for a restful stay. When I requested to cancel the booking due to the issue, the hotel manager was unwilling to accommodate my request, citing that a maintenance team would come within one or two hours – possibly even longer.
Despite my efforts to explain the situation and my request for a quick resolution, I was denied any option to cancel. With no assurance of a timely fix, I had to leave the hotel, disappointed and dissatisfied. This lack of flexibility and disregard for guest comfort is concerning, and I would advise future guests to reconsider booking here if they expect basic amenities and responsive management.

A disappointing experience overall. Customer service needs significant improvement. My friend encountered an issue with the air conditioning, and because the hotel was fully booked, they did not provide a room change. So, he had to find alternative accommodation, and they refused to refund his booking fee.

Anita's Villas was a fantastic place to stay in El Nido! The villa was clean, spacious, and had stunning views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and memorable. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend!

Beautiful small resort.
The staff is friendly and good.
The resort is pretty new so it’s nice and modern.
The negative points ;
The quality of the bed sheets, it would be nice to provide a better cover.
Curtains should be added to the window above the bed..
And finally the road that goes to the hotel is so bad, too many stones.. pouring concrete would be good!
The value for money is also quite low, because it is not cheap and a little far from the center.

We stayed here after a huge hiccup with our original travel plans where our flights were cancelled. We weren't expecting much as it was booked on the day of arriving and was one of the last few vacant places left. However, this was one of our favourite stays during our whole trip in the Philippines! A real blessing in disguise we said.
Susan is the kindest most hospitable host and we really thank her for everything she did for us during our visit, and for trusting us. All the staff here were so kind and accommodating.
The apartments were really beautiful and clean, a really good space for relaxing. There was a lovely pool with a good amount of sunbeds but we didn't actually use it as we didn't stay for too long. The breakfast/dining area is by the pool so you get to sit outside and enjoy the nature (it's a covered area). The resort itself is quiet and serene, surprising considering how busy El Nido can be - so if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay away from the hustle and bustle this is perfect.
Our highlight of the stay were the breakfasts which were made fresh and made individually on the day - so every day is different. The fresh juices were amazing. The breakfast here was the best we'd had in our time in the Philippines.
I would really recommend this place to anyone!
