Staff are good but the hotel is not good. Beach is only for viewing. You can't swim there. There's a lot of broken glass on the seashore. Stayed for 4 nights and our first night was horrible. We suffered in room #8 with ceiling leaking in the toilet. Asked for room replacement but we cannot transfer until 12 nn the next day. Honestly, it's been a stressful night for me. Rooms are very tiny as well. I think they are Overpriced.

The staffs were very accommodating and hospitable, they meet us with a very warm welcome and each time they saw us they never forget to greet us with a smile. We booked 2 rooms. The one assigned to us has a great view of beachfront and sunset. The beds were very comfy and we have enough room for our huge bags. The location was easy to locate as it is near the boundary of El Nido. All in all we had really fun staying and we were well taken care of.

Nice rooms, air-con was a life saver, and the staff were so helpful, friendly, and accomodating. Thanks to Mel for helping us with out trip and stay and making it very comfortable for us.

Absolutely an awesome place to stay in El Nido. Have an ocean view from my bed, staff are very helpful, and feel like it is one of the better places to stay in El Nido

Honestly, except for the views, there isn’t anything to like. Everything was charged. From the towels to an extra coffee, to the extra room which I paid for a beach front view. The AC was not really an AC.
No one wanted to take the blame from the fact that we booked the beach front view, the agency that booked it and the hotel management. They weren’t really flexible, nor accommodating with our needs. We had to pay extra for towel, for coffee, for plastic bag for wet clothes. Despite enjoying the tours, the stay at this hotel was the most painful.
I would not come back, nor would I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay, as a first timer in El Nido for vacation.
