The ambiance is really the best. The rooms are cleaner, staff are very accommodating and approachable. The place is beach front, you can really be at ease and relax away from home. You can order a food, they have a restaurant. Morning coffee at the beach front is really the best. Beautiful El Nido and amazing beaches. It is worth it if you book your stay in this hotel. Keep safe and enjoy your vacations.
Terrible location. This hotel is not recommended especially if you’re bringing a car with you. There is no disclaimer in the details that the road going to the hotel is a very very steep road and dangerous. We were not advised of an alternative way going out and as a result we have to endure the steep road walking. Not advisable if you have a weak heart. When we inquired the front desk if there’s another way of going to the main road, thats the only time they told us that there is a passage in the beach going to the main highway, and also there are other restaurants that we can chose from and that the route that we took is not passable for person. AND YET THEY DID NOT TOLD US. Since we have no choice on our first night and did not want to walk in the dangerous and steep road, we had our dinner on their restaurant. They only have 2 beers left on their beverage, no other drinks or smoothies. When we ordered coke in can, they also ran out of it. We ordered pizza and to our disappointment we were served with an uncooked dough, we brought it to their attention and asked that the pizza to be put back to the oven to be cooked, they did, but when it came back the dough is still uncooked. There is no wifi in the rooms. Wifi is only available in their restaurant which is disappointing since they claimed that they have a free wifi. The hotel is far from the establishments and the drop off for the island hopping.
I got my money's worth and a good sleep throughout my stay. Just wished they have a much better system to efficiently check-in their guests and better facilities especially water from the tap. Overall it's okay, would still recommend to my friends to stay here since location wise and service wise, they're good.
I can only speak to the beach front restaurant but my friend and I got drinks and some Sizzling Chicken with Mango and Mushroom chicken. It was very good. While his Mushroom Chicken was dry it was still flavorful. We did not try the hotel but I can say the location is in a distant from the main city location in the beach.
Management is full of empty promises. To start it off, I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. Despite their promises of efficient transportation, accommodation, and service, they failed on every front. The transportation they boasted about was constantly delayed resulting to a delay in my schedule, leaving me stranded and frustrated. The accommodation was subpar, with bathrooms smelling like it's drenched in urine and uncomfortable beds which feels like I'm just laying down on a bunch of springs that made for a sleepless night. The food was not that decent, especially the buffet that in every refill tastes like it was just boiled in water stripping off of its flavors and is overpriced, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The service was fine but won't ask their guests how they're doing, with waitstaff seeming more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. To top it off, the ambiance was dismal, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating. To top it off, they don't even dare to check or dispose of the garbage regularly for the convenience of us who are staying half a week. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this establishment at all costs. Instead of enjoying the vacation, I can't fathom the fact how distasteful is my experience for staying in El Nido thanks to their management for their guests. Better yet, search for neighboring hotels that are reputable and can give you the best experience, any other hotels but this. Don't be fooled by their flashy promises; this hotel is a total letdown and a waste of money.
