We had the best stay at Bliss Villa! The management was great and friendly. Loved that it is part of the resort so room service and cleaning services are available. Special shout out to Dada who made our trip unforgettable with his contagious energy and kindness. Great location. No need to hesitate to book this Villa, just book it and enjoy 😊

No matter what is the level of service or rooms, I can't give more than a single star to this place. I will start that after paying a 5 star hotel price for the room, at the reception you are actually requested to deposit 2,000 pesos, just in case you will steal anything from the room or drink from the minibar without reporting it...and then, you eat in the place's restaurant and find out that they will charge you 5%!!! for using a credit card for making a cc ayment...now guys, you have to make up your minds, if you want to charge like a 5 star hotel (I paid less at the Grand Hyatt in Manila) you have to behave like ones. 5% on cc payment is not only covering your extra costs (which you should bear like any other hotel which charges like this) but it is actually making extra money on your forign guests that have to pay a lot to withdraw cash from ATMs. Nothing can justify this unethical behavior, and anyone being charged like this should be giving the possible minimum rating to the establishment, no matter if the food is fine and the rooms are nice. Ethics is above all of this, and today this seems to be the only way to make people behave ethically.

If it wasn't for Dada my massage therapist and and all the awesome and helpful waitstaff in the restaurant, and their wellness manager and pilates instructor, Daniela, the rating would be lower. The wifi was pretty spotty and power went out almost everyday. We stayed in the Kulombo villa and it was very annoying getting to and from our bedroom because there is a narrow spiral staircase with far apart steps, and being short, it was hard for me. People smoked cigarettes right outside where we did pilates and where I got a massage there were more smokers loudly talking outside and music was blasting. Thankfully dada was so skilled at massaging me that I almost blocked it all out. The cold plunge and sauna needs privacy as well.

What a find! We felt right at home at Happiness Boutique Resort and Villas from the moment we were greeted with a smile and a delicious juice. We stayed in one of the villas away from the main resort. Our room was perfect, set in a beautiful courtyard and only metres from the beach. Food and cocktails were amazing, as was the friendliness of all staff and guests. The 2 pools and surrounds were lovely, as was the wellness centre where we enjoyed yoga, massages and ice baths. Transport and tours were organised for us with no hassle and we loved the Pool Party BBQ DJ night! Nothing but praise for this fantastic, friendly and HAPPY resort!

It was my second time at this hotel and hopefully not the last. It was amazing. If I had to chose my favourite hotel it would be this one! Got a new pool which we didn't get a chance to try it out but looks very cool. The room we stayed in was spacious and bed comfortable. Staff members were fantastic, very accommodating. Thank you to EJ, Eriann and others for looking after us, they made our stay wonderful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
