Highly recommend the hotel for its amazing staff! Also for its wonderful design and winning location, right in the heart of El Nido. As for the staff - Val, Sky, Mitch, Tan, and Arnold are amazing! They are truly an asset to the hotel. There is nothing I asked for that they didn't help me with. Sometimes they were ahead of me and offered their help even before I contacted them. Everything was always done with a big smile and a pleasant greeting. Many times they helped me with advice about my daily trips or recommended good places to hang out. Without a doubt, I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return soon!

Modern hotel in a perfect location with exceptional staff We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel conveniently located in the heart of El Nido, close to everything. The rooms are spacious and had a wonderful view and also the breakfast was delicious. But what truly made our stay outstanding was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were always greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. On the day of our departure, it was pouring rain, and without us even asking, the lady from the reception offered us a ride with their shuttle to the bus terminal to make sure we stayed dry. And the bus driver was also super friendly and helped us finding the right bus. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in El Nido town!

We had an amazing stay at H Hotel. One of the things that made it so amazing was Sky. He made us feel like family from the moment he checked us in. He gave us recommendations for drinks and dinner and helped us with everything else we needed during our stay. We were a group of 8 people and he remembered our names from the jump. I know that’s a small thing but it speaks volumes about how much pride he takes in his job. The rooms were very clean, and even though breakfast is vegan, it was delicious. They do have a rooftop bar/restaurant that serves meat options but it’s not open for breakfast. My one complaint, and this is no fault of the hotel, is that the sea facing rooms are loud at night due to the bars on the street below. The hotel gives you ear plugs, but for light sleepers, I would recommend the mountain facing rooms. We had friends stay on that side and they said they didn’t hear any noise from the bars.

We are so happy we chose H Hotel as our stay at El Nido. Location is perfect and very central, the Staff are absolutely amazing! Celebrated my birthday here and got such special attention, cake and songs from the entire staff. Smiles and greetings every single day. Amazing service. The rooms are super clean and cozy, housekeeping is super fast and we had everything we could think of... Booked the trips from the hotel and had amazing tour guides too :) Would definitely be back here again! Thank you guys!

The most welcoming hotel I have ever stayed at! Sky at the reception went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time. The location is perfect as it situated right in the centre of El Nido within walking distance from the beach, pier and cafes. Also the food at the vegan restaurant downstairs is truly amazing, and none of us are vegan.
