Had and amazing stay. Rooms were lovely and in the hub of it all. Staff looked after our bags and allowed for late check out. We told them it was our honeymoon and they put petals on the bed and extra treats in room. So lovely of them! Would definitely stay again. There are lots of high stairs if on the top floor so be aware of this if not good with stairs!

Excellent location !. You are right in the middle of city and close to beach and activities.
Rooms are nicely done but lacks maintenance.
Bathrooms are old and not neat, no good toiletries.
A bit noisy rooms from the local street and pub, but that's acceptable considering convenience offered.

Overall, the hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and minimal noise for being off of a busy street. I've stayed on both the ground and the upstairs levels.
I prefer the ground floor, although the upstairs does have a nice layout with the bed. Depending on how often you forget things downstairs, forgetting something downstairs becomes a task.
As with most hotels in El Nido, the staff here is exceptional. They are always ready to assist, even with carrying your bags up the stairs. It's worth noting that there's no elevator, and the stairs are narrow, so using the rails is advisable. I wear a size 11US and had to walk sideways down the stairs, but this is a minor inconvenience for seasoned travelers.
The staff can also help you book tours. The price of the tours is regulated, so it will be the same throughout El Nido. The breakfast was delicious and consistently on time.

Nice and clean room, comfortable beds and nice patio. Staff was very friendly and all in all really liked the place. Location is really nice in the city centre however it is a bit noisy because of the bars with the music, but the room was well isolated and it did not bother me.

Main thing was it’s right on the strip of incredibly loud karaoke bars, and there is NO sound insulation - it’s got glass french doors and they do nothing to block sound. This goes on till 4am - needed to actually wear noise cancelling headphones as earbuds were not enough to block it out
Bathroom was gross, nothing like the pictures
WiFi in the room did not work at all
No one at reception past 11
Ants in the room
Should be much much cheaper than it is. Staff were nice though.
