Our stay at Lihim Resort was truly memorable, thanks to the amazing hospitality from the staff. The butlers assigned to us made the experience extra special with their attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate all our requests. The hospitality of all the staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay.
The location of the resort is fantastic—peaceful with impeccable views. Although the funicular was not working, which required us to walk down from our villa to the restaurants and pool area, the staff made up for it by providing car transport whenever we needed it.
A tip for those staying during July-August: bring mosquito repellent spray or lotion. There were quite a few mosquitoes around, even in our room, but this is understandable given the proximity to nature.
The breakfast was good, offering different choices each day. The staff were lovely, and the scrambled eggs were perfect. They even went out of their way to cook longanisa for us daily upon request, which was a delightful touch.
The facial treatment and the two-hour integrative and Panari massage were exceptional—some of the best we've experienced. There are plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy, and the views are stunning.
Overall, we would definitely recommend Lihim Resort and look forward to coming back again. We would give it 5 stars, but some of the dinners we had weren’t quite 5-star quality.

Absolutely incredible experience, location and food. The rooms were spacious and catered to every need. The staff provided exceptional service. Highly recommend asking the hotel to organise a snorkelling tour for you - some of the best reefs in the world. The food and drinks were amazing. We loved going to Henri's rooftop bar for dinner. Special thank you to our butlers Leo and Claudia for taking care of our every need.

Went there for the day. Ordered food and a completely different dish turned up (I ordered pizza and a pasta dish turned up) the waiter refused to change it and told me they can't do pizza so they decided to give me pasta instead?! For a luxury resort I left feeling short changed. When it came to settling the bill, it was PAINFULLY slow. Such a fuss was made because we didn't have the exact amount. Offered to pay by card and he started to do that, but after ringing someone he decided he couldn't accept card payment and we were back to a battle over change, in the end we just took what we could and told him to keep the change. Very disappointed.

I wish to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations based on the photos and information provided on your website and social media.
From the moment of our arrival, we encountered several issues and inquiries for which we did not receive satisfactory responses. We noticed significant discrepancies between what was advertised and the actual experience, including the (funicular) mountainous inclined train system, which was out of service during our stay and greatly inconvenienced us, especially with elderly and young children.
Cleanliness was also a major concern. We requested room cleaning at 10 AM, but it was not completed until well past 5 PM, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there were several other issues we faced.
Despite clear communication with staff via WhatsApp in English, we found their responses hesitant and struggled to receive consistent feedback. We spoke with the resort manager, who apologized and offered a discount on water activities, but this did not adequately compensate for our overall poor experience.
Based on this encounter, I cannot recommend Lehim Resort to anyone, especially those with special needs, elderly individuals, or those seeking additional comfort. Our stay was fraught with challenges and discomfort due to inadequate problem-solving and assistance from staff.
I hope these issues are addressed seriously to improve service quality and prevent similar guest experiences in the future.

I came to this resort by myself and the staff have been incredible. The room is very clean with stunning views. Chef Raph make the best food ever! He is a very experienced chef with a very customer friendly attitude. He made food with some twist to make my experience unique. I live in Los Angeles around a lot Mexican tacos, his chicken tacos were the best I ever had. He made some fresh shrimp in a sauce that tasted so fresh and delicious. He connect the background of the guest with the beautiful location we are at through a food journey!!
