Everything was just perfect! The food, the rooms, the pool, the view, the room amenities, the private beach. But the best part was the staff. This was by far my best experience in hospitality anywhere in the world. Everyone was amazing, addressing us by name and making sure every detail was perfect. Special thanks to Val, Vince and Cjay for their amazing job. We also did a very romantic private dinner to celebrate our honeymoon that I highly recommend!
The BEST place to stay near El Nido town!! I can’t commend their service enough. The front desk staff is so kind and welcoming, they even remember everyone’s names. This is probably the nicest hotel that’s right next to town so you can walk to all the bars and restaurants. But it’s slightly off the busy road so doesn’t feel too crowded. The room was spacious and super clean. The breakfast buffet is delicious and so fresh. You can also book vans through the front desk if your group needs to go somewhere. They also have a lobby bar with happy hour every day and their specialty cocktails are delicious. We stayed with a group of 7 friends and a baby and everyone was so happy we picked funny lion.
Highly recommended, unique vacation experience, the hotel has a private section at Papaya beach with 2 time slots a day, they will take you with a transport complimentary. The reception remembers all guests by name and greets daily. Located in the main area. High value for your money
Amazing experience, service and treatment. Made us feel special at every moment. Val was amazing ! Thank you They took us to papaya island which was beyond expectations. Sadly we caught the typhoon and could not go anywhere most day but enjoyed pool side
I wish I could give this place 6 stars, I have only good things to say about this his hotel. The amazing staff really caring and I felt very pampered while staying here. If you are looking for a place where you can relax and not worry about things, this is the place for you.
